Sage Canellis
Artistic Research Coordinator
Sage was born in Paris, but her ancestors are from Greece and Asia Minor, also called Anatolia. After a long career at the European Commission in Brussels, followed by more than 14 years at the head of the biggest European Theatre Network (European Theatre Convention), Sage moved to Norway. She was recruited in 2011 by Østfold University College - Norwegian Theatre Academy where she works now as Senior Adviser for Artistic Research. During more than 13 years, she has facilitated and managed several artistic research projects bridging the creative work of artists, researchers, and academics in wider international contexts and collaborations. Sage considers artistic research as one of the finest way to establish a relationship between art, society, academia and the more-than-human world: it is a collective process of exploration and re-imagining. Beyond this administrative position, Sage´s passion lies in the field of psycho-genealogy and transgenerational therapy. She has researched and studied these fields for more than 20 years. Since 2020, she works as a Transgenerational Practitioner and Therapist. For more information about her work: https://transgenerational.wixsite.com/2024 and medecineofthesoul.substack.com

Mohammed Ellyas Lehry
Research Assistant
Mohammed Ellyas Lehry is an independent post-colonial citizen of India and a decolonial solo theatre-maker. His work is a process of self-investigation and self-questioning. He observes his body as a record- of stories, narratives, knowledge and violence that has been performed upon and brings to the surface these aspects of himself to eager and uneager listeners. He is constantly flirting with the ideas of the visible and the present and produces tension by bringing attention to the unseen, absent and invisible parts of life. He aims to make this artistic knowledge of theatre and performance more commonplace and help people tell their own stories. Currently he is an MA student in performance at NTA.
